Initial Booking Consultation 30-60 minutes
At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, and discuss instructions on your service. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service. Initial clean up fees may vary depending on the amount of accumulation and size of yard. One time services are available also. We recommend twice a week service for multiple and larger dogs. Important Terms
Payment is due before service starts. Payment types can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Pawsitively Pets accepts cash, checks and charge card payments. We use PayPal for charge card payments that are processed through email invoicing only. This way, we assure our clients financial security by not keeping clients charge card numbers at our private premises. There is a 3% fee for all charge card transactions. A fee of $30.00 will be charged for all checks returned by your bank.
A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each pooper scooper service, before service start.
